Preflight Data Archive Instructions

1. Copy the CD directory you wish to archive from the preflight staging area to a working directory.
   Example: /bin/cp -r /data2/acs10/acscal/jdata2/053 /data2/acs16/archive/cdwrite
   

2. Now change the file permissions of your copy of the data.
   chmod 775 *

3. Prepare the data for cd writing.

4. Verify the CD was written correctly and completely.

5. Carefully remove your copy of the data.

6. Update the Preflight archive reference table.
